LydiaPortfolio Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and what your user rights are when using the LydiaPortfolio ("Application", "we", "us", "our") mobile application.

1. Important Notice Regarding the Nature of the Application

LydiaPortfolio is NOT a stock brokerage firm, an investment advisory service, or an actual trading platform.

The Application uses real (though potentially delayed) market data to provide users with a purely virtual/simulated stock and cryptocurrency trading experience. All "buy" and "sell" transactions and balances within the Application hold no real money or financial asset value; they are entirely simulated data intended for educational and entertainment purposes. While prices displayed in the Application are sourced from real market feeds, they may be delayed and must not be used for real-time trading. No balance or asset within the Application—including additional virtual balances obtained via in-app purchases—can be converted into real-world cash, transferred, or exchanged for real financial value.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide When Creating an Account

• Email Address

• Password (Secured and stored by Firebase Authentication; never visible to or stored in plain text by us)

2.2 Data Generated During Application Use

• Virtual balance and portfolio details (amounts of simulated stocks/crypto held)

• Virtual transaction history (buy/sell logs)

• Watchlists and price alerts created by you

• Application preferences (theme, language, notification settings)

2.3 Device Information for Notifications

• To send push notifications, a unique notification token assigned to your device by Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is stored.

2.4 In-App Purchase Information

• If you purchase premium virtual balance packages, transaction details processed through Google Play (purchase ID, product ID) are processed solely to verify the transaction. Your payment card information is never seen or stored by us—these transactions are handled entirely through Google Play's secure payment infrastructure.

2.5 Advertising Data

• Our Application may display ads via Google AdMob. When this feature is active: Google and its advertising partners may collect advertising IDs (Advertising ID), device information, approximate location, and application usage data to personalize ads. This data may be collected using cookies and similar tracking technologies (mobile identifiers). You can disable personalized ads at any time via your device's system settings (Google Settings > Ads). 3. How We Use Your Data

The data we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Creating your account, authenticating your identity, and providing you with services

• Keeping your virtual portfolio, transaction history, and balance up to date

• Delivering requested price alerts and order notifications as push notifications

• Verifying in-app purchases and crediting them to your account

• Improving the Application, identifying and resolving bugs

• Displaying relevant advertisements and measuring ad performance

We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Third-Party Services Used

The Application utilizes the following third-party service providers to process a portion of your data:

• Firebase Authentication (Google) – User authentication

• Cloud Firestore (Google) – Data storage (portfolio, transactions, settings)

• Cloud Functions (Google) – Server-side business logic

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) – Push notifications

• Google Play Billing (Google) – In-app purchase management

• Google AdMob (Google) – Advertising delivery

Each of these services is governed by its own privacy policy. You can access Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Data Retention Period

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account via the Settings > Delete Account option within the Application:

• All of your portfolio data, transaction history, watchlist items, and price alert data are permanently removed from our Firestore database.

• Your authentication account (email/password) is completely deleted.

This process is irreversible.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection legislation (including the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data [KVKK] and the General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR] for European Union users), you hold the following rights:

• To learn what personal data is being processed

• To request the correction of your data

• To request the deletion of your data (which you can perform instantly yourself via the in-app "Delete Account" feature)

• To object to the processing of your data

• To opt-out of personalized advertising

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately, and we will delete the relevant data promptly.

8. Data Security

Your data is protected using industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase infrastructure (encrypted data transmission, access control rules). However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice. You can always access the latest version of this policy on this page.

10. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, you can follow the steps in the application: Settings -> Delete Account, or contact us directly at lydiaportfolioinfo@gmail.com.
