I have always wanted to teach and am actively learning what type of instructor I aspire to be. I believe that every student can learn any curriculum given enough time, resources, and motivation. As an instructor or tutor, it is my responsibility to manage the constraints of time, provide resources, and inspire motivation in students.

Mentorship Experience
In the Directed Reading Program (DRP), undergraduate students are paired with graduate student mentors to work on an independent study project. The culmination of the semester long project is a presentation by the undergraduate mentee to the Wesleyan community. I have had the pleasure to mentor three projects so far:
