Life Coach and Mentor
My life passion is to help women reconnect with the radiant light within them—a light that can grow dim amidst life's struggles and challenges.
If you find yourself longing for deeper connections and feeling off course in the complexities of your relationships with family, colleagues, or within your community, you do not have to find your way alone. I provide a warm, safe, and confidential space, free from judgment, where you will be supported on your journey of self-discovery and healing. I believe that embracing our own experiences and nurturing ourselves as we often nurture others is one of the most courageous steps we can undertake.
I am open and comfortable discussing the soothing presence of Jesus in your struggles, and how He cares deeply about what you are experiencing. I also seek to ensure that everyone feels welcome—if spiritual matters are not your focus, I will walk alongside you wherever you are on your path. While my focus is on Anabaptist women, I embrace anyone seeking support, and should I discover that I cannot be of help, I will have other resources available to offer, ensuring that no one is turned away. My support is client-centered, which means that we will work at a pace that feels right for you.
For those interested, I offer guidance from the insightful workbook, “Enriching Relationships: A Workbook for Mennonite Women” compiled by Janelle Glick. This resource serves as a gentle companion, helping us explore our life stories, deepening our relationships and being at peace with God, others, and ourselves.
“When we approach our distressing emotions with curiosity and compassion, we can learn to soar.” Aundi Kolber, Try Softer.
