The application combines rule-based decision logic with artificial intelligence to evaluate incoming guest messages, flag requests that need special attention, and generate personalized response drafts based on verified property information.
Developed using Python, Streamlit, and the OpenAI API, the solution demonstrates how AI can support hospitality operations without replacing human judgment.
Key Capabilities
1. Intelligent Guest Message Assessment
Categorizes guest inquiries, including routine questions, special requests, and urgent situations, to support appropriate handling.
2. AI-Assisted Response Drafting
Generates professional, context-aware guest responses using property information and established policies. Suggested responses remain editable and require human review.
3. Host Approval and Escalation Support
Identifies requests requiring host approval or urgent attention, helping property managers maintain control over operational decisions.
