Welcome to Lake Watawga Property Owners Association (LWPOA)

About LWPOA

• We are a private community on beautiful Lake Watawga in Gouldsboro, PA.

• LWPOA has four entrances from Tobyhanna Road at:

  • North Shore Drive (does not connect to other LWPOA entrances or Lakeview Estates)

  • Westwood Drive, Seip Drive and Walters Lane

• We have a strict 10 MPH speed limit for the safety of our residents and preservation of our roads.

  • Please adhere to the speed limit and inform all guests.

• Use of the Lake, Beach and Boat Launch is restricted to Residents and Residents' Guests

• Lake Watawga is a “catch and release” lake.

  • Fish smaller than 12” and larger than 16” must be released, subject to current PA Commonwealth creel limits.

LWPOA Beach

• Our beach is a grassy area off of Westwood Drive

• Hours: Dawn to Dusk

• No glass containers, open fires or fireworks are permitted at the Beach

• Please DO NOT use the sandy beach at Lakeview Estates or fish within 20 feet.

  • The Sandy Beach is for Lakeview Estates HOA members only.

LWPOA Marina

• Our marina/boat launch is at the end of Westwood Drive

• No swimming allowed at the Marina

• No glass containers, open fires or fireworks are permitted at the Marina

• Hours: Dawn to Dusk

Snow Plowing

• Our rule of thumb will be to plow at 3 - 4 inches

• If conditions require plowing sooner, NEPA will make the call and contact our vendor. Please contact them if you think a storm requires plowing sooner.

Lakeview Estates HOA (LVEHOA)

• Lakeview Estates HOA is a separate Community with access from Route 507.

• We are NOT authorized to use Lakeview Estates amenities such as the sandy beach, playground or tennis courts

  • Fishing is not permitted on or within 20 feet of the LVEHOA beach, including the non-swimming perimeters.
