You can now change your Delivery options to individual messages, Digests, or stop messages.
These options were previously setable by the list moderator only - now you can make the change!

To receive individual messages send an email from the email account you use for lwcapost to the following email address:
lwcapost-normal@yahoogroups.com
The title and contents of the email are ignored.
To receive messages in Digests send an email from the email account you use for lwcapost to the following email address:
lwcapost-digest@yahoogroups.com
The title and contents of the email are ignored.
To temporarilly stop receiving messages while keeping your account active, send an email from the email account you use for lwcapost to the following email address:
lwcapost-nomail@yahoogroups.com
The title and contents of the email are ignored.
In the future, follow the steps above to restart your lwcapost subscription in either individual messages or Digest mode.
To permanently stop receiving lwcapost messages, send an email from the email account you use for lwcapost to the following email address:
lwcapost-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com
The title and contents of the email are ignored. You will be removed from the lwcapost list, and will have to re-join the group if you want additional messages in the future.
