Lakewood Academy is a private Middle School owned by Bloxburg ISD opening in Bloxburg soon. Here at Lakewood Academy, your child's future is guaranteed to be bright. This school was originally named Bloxy Middle School, and was built in 2014.  Bloxy Middle School unfortunately burned down on Sunday, September 24st, 2016 due to a gas leak. The staff members in the building evacuated safley, and were not harmed. In 2021, construction started on the school you know as Lakewood Academy.  The school is currently in development, and is now being set up for the upcoming school year.
