There are so many online resources for orchid cultural information. There is no single best answer to "How do I grow this orchid?" or "What is wrong with my orchid?" because orchid culture depends so much on you: 

The best first stop for all orchid growers is the American Orchid Society.  The AOS website is a comprehensive repository of orchid information.  Start with their orchid care section.  We recommend you become a member to find more in depth information can then be found in their fully archived Orchids Magazine and Webinar Series.  The AOS Awards archive, OrchidPro is the place to go if you want to know what a well grown, awarded specimen of that seedling in your hand could look like in the future.
