Booking and Payment:
1. Reservation Confirmation:
All picnic bookings are considered tentative until full payment is received. To secure your chosen date, after you have made your booking we will send an invoice with 50% deposit due at the time of booking, the remaining payment must be made in full at least 7 days prior to the event date. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
2. Payment Methods:
We accept payments through online banking payment system. Please refer to your invoice for specific payment instructions. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:

*DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AS WE HAVE HELD YOUR DATE AND HAVE TURNED DOWN OTHER EVENTS TO DO SO.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will incur a 25% cancellation fee. ****
- Once the picnic is setup we cannot cancel or reschedule.
4. Rescheduling Policy:
- Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days before the event date will be accommodated without additional charges.
- Rescheduling requests made between 7 and 14 days before the event date will incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the total package cost.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event date will incur a rescheduling fee of 15% of the total package cost.
Contingency Due to Inclement Weather:
5. Weather Contingency:
- Luxe Picnik JA is committed to providing an exceptional experience. Upon booking our team will initiate the conversation surrounding an alternative indoor location in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, storms, etc.), clients will be contacted at least 24 hours before the scheduled event to discuss available options.
- Options may include rescheduling to an alternative date or moving the picnic to an indoor location.
Client Responsibilities:
6. Event Location:
- Clients are responsible for securing and obtaining any necessary permits for the chosen picnic location. Luxe Picnik JA is not liable for any issues arising from the use of public or private spaces.
7. Guest Count:
- Final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event date. Adjustments to the guest count within 7 days of the event may incur additional charges.
8. Event Duration:
- The standard duration of a Luxe Picnik JA experience is 3 hours. Any extension of the event beyond this duration may be subject to additional charges.
Liability:
9. Damage to Property:
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused to Luxe Picnik JA property or any third-party property during the event. Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
10. Personal Belongings:
- Luxe Picnik JA is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
By proceeding with a Luxe Picnik JA booking, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Luxe Picnik JA reserves the right to amend these policies at any time, and clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
