Since Luxent app offers digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed. As a user, you are responsible for understanding this before purchasing any Premium access. There may be slow market days with no signals provided. You must agree and understand that there may be days when no signals are sent. 

Billing

Subscribers must agree that payments for their subscription cannot be disputed on the grounds of trading losses. If you do not cancel your Premium plan, we will automatically charge your account at the end of every billing cycle (every 30 days). By using the Luxent application, you acknowledge that you are using the service at your own risk. If you do not agree with these terms, you may NOT use the Luxent application.
