Poster Presentation Guidelines
IMPORTANT: Posters will be in the Pacific Arena Ballroom (main convention center), not in Hyatt Regency.
Morning presenters: We recommend hanging your posters before the day begins (i.e., before 9 AM) so you don't have to rush during the poster session. Another workshop will be using some of our poster boards (#64-#68) starting 11:15 AM. So don't forget to take down your poster after the session ends.
Afternoon presenters: Another workshop will be using some of our poster boards (#74-#77) during the lunch break. We recommend checking your board's availability close to 2 PM and hang your poster before the afternoon sessions start, if possible. No other workshops will be using our poster boards in the afternoon so you can take down your poster before the day ends.
We will be using the same poster stands as te main conference. The physical dimensions of the poster stands are 8 feet wide by 4 feet high. Please review the reference poster template for more details on how to prepare your poster. You do NOT have to use this template, but please read the instructions carefully and prepare your posters accordingly.
