Low Light Sleep Sounds is our Flagship Project, Started when I was put on disability shortly after receiving my series of Vaccines. I was (and am, to this day) unable to do many things that I used to take for granted. I had several health complications that cause my sleep to suffer horribly. I tried everything there was to try but there was only one consistent factor that actually helped me sleep and that was sound therapy. Listening to Rain, Thunderstorms, Running Water, Odd Household Noises, etc.

Two Birds, one stone. I needed to get my motor skills back AND I knew that I could not be the only one suffering from insomnia and or tinnitus. This is when I decided to create my own Relaxing Sounds YouTube Channel, which turned into creating a podcast, as well. Putting this altogether (and it's hardly together. LOL!) has taken a TON of time, because it's taken me some time to get any speed back in any work that I can do. I knew I wanted to continue to do it because I knew it was helping people, and that's exactly why I did it in the first place. Soooo.....now for the boring stuff....
