10:30 AM Every Sunday
2152 Dillard Rd, Highlands, NC 28741
This is the size of building that comfortably fits a congregation our size. Instead of tearing down and rebuilding as a "church" we just modified it to be a church.
Roughly 1 hour. Maybe shorter, but rarely longer.
There is no dress code! Dress how you are comfortable. Most of the congregation dresses casual.
No, not currently. Children are welcome to sit in the service, though.
Yes, there is plenty of parking right next to the church building. When you arrive you will see where to park.
Yes, there is a ramp up to the entrance.
No, not at this time.
As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the pastor and church members who are happy to see you! You can choose any seat you like. The service begins at 10:30 with a prelude. From there, the pastor leads everyone through: confession, opening hymn, prayer, Bible readings, sermon, hymn of the day, reciting the creed, prayers of intercession, passing of the peace (friendly greetings among the congregation), communion, benediction, and a closing hymn. Afterward, everyone is invited to enjoy coffee and light snacks together. All are welcome!
You don't have to sing if it makes you uncomfortable.
No, it is your decision to take communion or not to take communion.
God invites all to His table and if you feel called to commune you absolutely can take communion. You can always ask the pastor before the service any questions you may have regarding this.
Yes, ALL are welcome.
