Interview with Olympic Sprinter
In the video, Coach Lushanko interviews an Olympic Sprinter from Liberia, Emmanuel Matadi. Mr. Matadi competed in the 100 meter dash at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Summer Olympic Games and has qualified in the 100 meter dash for the 2021 Tokyo Summer Olympic Games. Mr. Matadi is also a former All-American Sprinter at the University of Minnesota-Mankato and was a member of the Arkansas Razorbacks Track and Field Team
Currently, Mr. Matadi is ranked as the 7th fastest man in the world with a 100 meter dash time of 9.93 seconds. In the interview, Mr. Matadi shares his experience as it relates to speed development.
