My name is Apinya McCoy (Apinya Khaynun Evans).  I have a diploma in Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit Culinary School in Bangkok Thailand and 10 years’ experience in Australia as a cake decorator.  Over that time, I produced over 100 wedding cakes and won various awards in the annual Wollongong Baking Show including the 2015 and 2017 wedding cake section first place, 2015 Grand Champion, 2016 macaron section first place and 2018 Gateau section first place.  In 2019 I moved to Newcastle and established my own business, Luscious Me, to supply wedding cakes and other premium celebration cakes to customers in Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Port Stephens.  As I have a passion for food and art, I have completed various other training including fruit carving and a piped butter cream floral decoration course in Korea.  I am confident I have the skills to help produce the perfect wedding cake or special occasion cake to meet any requirements.  I look forward to speaking with you.
