Lusaka Baptist Church (LBC) is committed to spreading the gospel and making disciples through its Urban Outreach Ministry. This ministry focuses on church planting, discipleship, and community transformation in urban areas within and beyond Zambia. Over the years, LBC has planted and supported multiple mission stations and churches, established Christian education institutions, and partnered with organizations to strengthen gospel work.

As part of its commitment to holistic gospel ministry, LBC oversees:
African Christian University (ACU): A reformed Christian institution dedicated to providing Christ-centered higher education. ACU offers degree programs in theology, business administration, early childhood education, and pastoral training. It also runs Njolwe Farm, which contributes to financial sustainabilityACU.
Lubu Road School: Established in 1999, this primary school provides Christian-based education to hundreds of children, integrating biblical values into the curriculum. The school is committed to spiritual formation, academic excellence, and character development.
LBC collaborates with HeartCry Missionary Society, which supports some of the church plants by providing financial assistance and pastoral training. This partnership strengthens LBC's ability to train and equip leaders, support pastors, and sustain new churches.
