I specialize exclusively in managing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. This includes strategy, setup, management, optimization, and reporting.

2. Client Collaboration
To achieve the best results, I ask that you provide the necessary information about your business goals, target audience, and offer in a timely manner. Open communication helps me optimize your campaigns effectively.

3. Pricing and Payment
The total cost will be clearly outlined in your custom proposal before any work begins.
Payment terms (e.g., monthly retainer, upfront, or post-campaign) will be agreed upon based on your preferences and the campaign structure.
All fees are transparent—there are no hidden charges.

4. Advertising Budget
The ad spend (the budget paid directly to Meta/Google) is separate from my management fee.

5. Results and Performance
While I optimize campaigns to maximize results, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., exact number of leads or sales), as these depend on factors like market competition, ad quality, and landing page experience.
I will provide regular reports and insights to keep you informed about performance.

6. Confidentiality
Your business information and campaign data will be kept strictly confidential.
I will only use anonymized or aggregated data for performance analysis unless given permission to share specific results.

7. Flexibility and Changes
Campaign strategies may be adjusted based on performance data to ensure the best possible results.
You can pause or stop your campaigns at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Termination
Either party may end this agreement with written notice. You will only be responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
