The role of the School Governing Body ("SGB")
The SGB helps define the school's purpose and goals, they ensure alignment and the school's mission, vison and values. They also create and review on students' behavior and discipline.
They manage the finances and resources of the school budget and financial planning's also fosters open communication channels with parents and guidance. They handle complaints and grievances from , parents and staff.
By fulfilling these roles, the SGB plays a vital part in creating a supportive, inclusive and effective learning environment for the school's community.
