GENERAL

☾By agreeing to my terms and sending a request, you have read and understood my TOS.

☾I have every right to deny doing a commission if it does not align with me

☾I will not do work that is hateful toward anyone or anything

☾The necessary files must be sent to me before I can begin working on your commission. Depending on the selected service, this can include references, audio files, credit/lyric documents etc.

☾ If you wish to have your commission rushed, understand that I will increase the price depending on the time given

☾Payment can still be completed after final delivery, but to see progression on your commission AT LEAST THE FIRST MILESTONE MUST BE PAID IF the PAYMENT PLAN IS SELECTED.

☾I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REFERENCES THAT ARE AI-GENERATED AT ALL

☾Failure to comply with my rules will result in being blacklisted from further commissions

☾All payments will be conducted through VGEN

PAYMENTS

☾All of my prices are done in USD, clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees regardless of the payment method.

☾Payments done through Vgen must be paid through Vgen

☾Any changes to the price of your commission must be done before “Final Delivery”.

☾Any changes that affect pricing MUST be communicated with me directly

☾A client can choose between the following payment plans below

☾Upfront

☾50/50 split (50% at the beginning, 50% at the end)

☾(discussed beforehand) Custom

REFUNDS

☾Full Refunds are available if I have not started working on your commission

☾A partial refund of 50% can be given if I am working on your commission/ provided WIPS, these can be in the form of sketches, drafts, or screenshots of your commission

☾No refunds when I am 50% done with your commission.

REVISIONS

☾5-10 revisions are offered with each commission at various stages of completion where, if desired, the client can provide feedback

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

☾If your commission is rushed, there will be rush fees applied to it

☾Delivery will be done via Google Drive link.

☾All necessary links will be sent through VGen, any last-minute revisions will be sent through VGen chat or communication of choice

USE

☾Use for social media or cover songs

☾You will not use my work to generate AI images.

☾You will not use my work to support AI images, NFTs or cryptocurrency of any kind

☾You will not resell this illustration under any circumstances, if you wish to do so, you will need to gain my EXPLICIT CONSENT. 

☾Failure to abide by these rules will result in a permanent blacklist from my services

COMMUNICATION

☾Communication can be done through VGen, Discord or X(Twitter). Email is also an option if desired.

☾Timely replies are recommended for commissions to guarantee satisfaction.

☾When giving feedback, please specify what you would like to have redone or fixed.

☾Failure to communicate with me on time will lead to proceeding with the commission.

☾You may ask about my progress on your commission but do not ask about sending WIPs
