I am David Lunel, Esq., an attorney licensed to practice law in the United States as a member of the State Bar of Georgia and in France through the Paris Court of Appeals. My passion lies in helping clients navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law. I guide current immigration legislation, assist with nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications, and frequently attend interviews at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). I also represent clients in removal proceedings before immigration courts and advocate for refugees in their asylum applications. Additionally, I litigate cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Before establishing Lunel Law, I honed my skills at prestigious law firms such as King & Spalding and Allen & Overy, where I specialized in international litigation. I also gained significant experience in immigration law as a Senior Attorney at a boutique immigration law firm in Atlanta, a role I held for four years.
My educational journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in law. I earned my Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law, an LL.B (Bachelor of Law) from Université Panthéon-Assas in France, and an LL.M (Master of Law) from the Autonomous University of Madrid in Spain.
In addition to my legal practice, I actively contribute to the community. I served as a Board Director for the French American Chamber of Commerce for two years and am a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
