Welcome to Lunch. ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Lunch. is a social application that allows users to create and join lunch events with friends. Features include event creation, friend connections, notifications, and contact-based friend discovery.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Post objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Attempt to interfere with the App's operation or security
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you create (events, profile info)
By posting content, you grant us a license to display it within the App
We may remove content that violates these Terms
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Lunch. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclosure, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and profile image, that you strictly voluntarily give to us when you register with the App.
B. Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the App, to provide location-based services (finding nearby lunch events or sharing your location with friends for a specific event). If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
C. Contact List Information
We may request access to your contacts list to help you find friends who are also using the App. We upload hashed phone numbers to our servers to match you with existing users. We do not store your raw contact list on our servers; it is used solely for the purpose of finding friends.
D. Usage Data
We collect information about your activity in the App, such as the lunch events you create, join, or view, and your interactions with other users.
2. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected about you via the App to:
Create and manage your account.
Enable you to create and join lunch events.
Suggest friends to invite based on your contacts.
Notify you of updates, new events, and friend requests.
Improve user experience and app performance.
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.
Interactions with Other Users: If you interact with other users of the App, those users may see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity, including sending invitations to other users, chatting with other users, liking posts, following blogs.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

6. Accessing and Deleting Your Information
