The Lunch Basket Catering, formally known as the the Lunch Basket Cafe, has been providing quality lunches to private and charter schools since 1995. Owner and head chef, Danny and his wife, Effie, wanted to provide a nutritional, yet affordable lunch experience. Their four sons attended a local private school without a lunch program and found it difficult packing 4 lunches daily or over spending on fast food take out contracts, without any nutritional value provided by the school.
