TERMS OF SERVICE

by ordering a commission you have agreed to my terms

Hiii! These are my terms before ordering:

Please do not post my artwork anywhere without credit, whether it be a discord icon, a youtube pfp, your intstagram, your artfight profile, sending it in a server, or anywhere!! PLEASE PLEASE credit me @lunazure!! (you are also welcome to link my commissions)
I WILL NOT DRAW CHARACTERS WHO HAVE NSFW (blood/gore allowed) ART!!
Please do not order NSFW (blood/gore allowed) art of any of my designs!
You may not use any of these drawings for commercial use (merchandise like stickers, hats, etc) unless you pay me a fee and get my SPECIFIED permission! If your goal is to use this artwork for commercial use ASK BEFORE NOT AFTER! Also, ask beforehand if you plan on turning the order into a physical item for yourself.
You may ask for a refund AFTER it has been a minimum of 2 months with a reminder from you. I do not allow refunds after my artwork is finished, if you are unhappy with something I can fix it, however, I will not redo it.
SPECIFY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE WIPS!! PLEASE. Sometimes I send them automatically or if I have questions but I usually forget so ask me if you want them!
Make sure you are specific when ordering commissions if you order something that is not specific and I do not get the vision you had in mind it is not my fault and you will not be refunded. Try your best to give me as many details as you deem fit. Whether its something small like "make them smiling" or something as detailed as "please use red highlights in their hair, do not use the hat from the first ref use the hat from the second, and make the smile large" I will try my best to do whatever you order. However please do not get too detailed as I may not be able to do it with my art style and may need to decline.
Parts of your character may be changed to fit my art style however they will still look like the same oc, just may have some different hair/fur shaping and eyes. It will be very minor changes however I can not replicate some features in my style.
