45 minutes of empowering body and breathwork through one of our class offerings (Sacral Dance, Restorative/Resilience (Trauma-Informed) Yoga, Balanced Pilates, invigorating dance/movement) combined with 15 minutes in the salt cave surrounded by tranquil sounds, lighting and environment.
About me
I am an Certified 200-hour yoga instructor with specializations in Yin and Trauma Informed-Practice, Administrative Healthcare Professional, fitness instructor, dancer, wife, aunt, puppy mama, sister, daughter, granddaughter and friend. I am an advocate for suicide prevention and sharing education and resources with those in need. I graduated from Stockton University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences and got straight to work learning about the health industry, fitness, wellness and advocacy. I have experienced a lifetime’s worth of trauma and grief at a young age which ignited my drive to maintain a positive outlook on life and have meaningful conversations with those I encounter. Throughout my journey so far, I have maintained gratitude for what our body’s and minds can do for us on a daily basis. I have been a dancer since age 4 and have always loved being active and getting others around me to join in on the fun! I believe that making yourself a priority is the key to achieving holistic wellness. Dance Movement, Sacral/ Soul Sparkle Dance, Restorative/ Resilience (Trauma-Informed) Yoga, or Balanced Pilates will help you to both reach and exceed your physical and mental health goals, while having fun and building self- confidence!

Class Cancellation Policy: Students may cancel and reschedule a class one time, at the discretion of the instructor, without incurring charges. Any subsequent cancellations will be non-refundable. If class package was purchased, one class will be deducted from total class package per class cancellation exceeding one courtesy cancellation.
