Luma Cleaner Privacy Policy

Luma Cleaner (package name: com.luna.cleaner.manager, referred to as the "App") is a phone cleaner app. We respect your privacy. The App's scanning and cleanup features are mainly performed locally on your device.
Information We Process
To provide cleanup features, the App may process the following information locally on your device:
File information, such as file name, path, type, size, and modified time;
Scan results for images, videos, audio files, archives, documents, screenshots, large files, and app cache;
Device storage information, such as total storage, used storage, and available storage;
Installed app information, such as app name, package name, icon, and last used time;
App settings you enable or disable, such as automatic scans and cleanup reminders.
We do not proactively upload your file contents, media contents, scan results, or installed app list.
How We Use Information
We use this information only to:
Scan and show files that can be reviewed or cleaned;
Calculate reclaimable storage space;
Delete files that you manually select and confirm;
Find unused apps, background apps, app cache, and battery usage information;
Send cleanup reminders or storage reminders you enable;
Save app settings and recent cleanup statistics.
Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
All Files Access: used on Android 11 and above to scan and delete files confirmed by you;
Read/write storage: used on Android 10 and below to scan and delete files confirmed by you;
Usage Access: used to identify unused apps, background apps, and app cache;
Query installed apps: used to show app lists, app icons, and app usage information;
Request app deletion: used to open the Android uninstall confirmation page. You decide whether to uninstall;
Notifications: used to send cleanup reminders and storage reminders;
Receive boot completed: used to restore enabled reminders or automatic scans after device restart;
Internet: used to open the privacy policy page or support pages you request.
You can disable permissions at any time in Android system settings. Some features may not work if required permissions are disabled.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal files, scan results, or installed app list.
Information may be transferred only when:
You contact us by email;
You open the privacy policy page or support pages;
We are required to do so by law.
Data Storage
Scan results, cleanup statistics, and settings are mainly stored locally on your device. You can delete local data by clearing App data or uninstalling the App.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and show the new policy in the App or on the related page.
