Welcome to LumoWall: 4K Live. By using the app, you agree to the terms and policies below. We aim to provide a safe experience and to follow applicable laws and Google Play Developer Program Policies, including policies on User Data, Intellectual Property, and Restricted Content.
The application provides entertainment and personalization features: browsing static and live wallpapers, search, categories, previews, applying wallpapers to your device, and related functions such as favorites, download history, and home-screen widgets where available. Content is delivered from our servers and/or content delivery networks as needed to show the catalog and media files.
2.1 Catalog and recommendations
Wallpapers and live wallpapers (including images and video) are intended for general audiences. We work to offer content that is appropriate for broad use and to avoid material that violates Google Play policies, including:
Violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm or illegal activity
Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
Sexually explicit material or gratuitous nudity aimed at sexual gratification
Obvious copyright or trademark infringement or other illegal content
Where content is sourced from third parties or creators, we rely on licensing, agreements, or permitted use; we do not guarantee that every item is error-free or suitable for every user or jurisdiction.
2.2 AI-assisted or AI-generated imagery
Some catalog items may be created or processed with AI tools or may depict AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals. Such content is offered for personal, non-commercial device personalization unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for complying with local law and third-party rights if you reuse or share content outside the app.
2.3 User behavior
You must not use the app to harass others, distribute malware, scrape or overload our systems beyond normal personal use, or circumvent technical or policy limits we apply to protect users and the service.
By using the app you agree that you will:
Not use the app to obtain, modify, or redistribute content in ways that violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other laws in your country
Not misuse bugs or vulnerabilities to harm the service or other users
Respect photographer/creator attribution or license terms where the app displays them or where required by law
Use live wallpaper and battery-related settings (e.g. optimization exemptions on some devices) at your own choice and in line with your device manufacturer’s guidance
You are solely responsible for how you use wallpapers on your device and for any content you share outside the app.
4.1 Nature of the service
The app provides media “as is.” We disclaim liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, device issues, or battery or performance impact from live wallpapers or background processes.
4.2 Third-party content
We are not responsible for all aspects of third-party sources, links opened from the app (e.g. browsers), or OEM-specific wallpaper or permission behavior.
4.3 AI-related content
AI and automated systems can occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results. If you notice problematic catalog content, please report it (see Section 6). We are not liable for outcomes of misuse of the app or for unauthorized commercial use of catalog media.
Wallpapers remain subject to their respective owners’ rights (e.g. photographers, licensors, or us). Unless we expressly grant broader rights:
Use within the app for previewing and applying to your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes is intended
Commercial reproduction, resale, training of AI models on our catalog without permission, or removal of watermarks/credits where required may be prohibited
You are responsible for obtaining any licenses needed for uses beyond personal wallpaper display.
We take content and safety reports seriously in line with Google Play expectations.

Include a short description, the screen or wallpaper involved if possible, and screenshots. We will review and may remove or restrict content or take other reasonable steps, including account or device-based restrictions if we introduce accounts or identify abuse.

We value privacy and limit data practices to operating and improving the app.
7.1 Children under 13 (COPPA & Families)
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us at doantrang3129393@gmail.com and we will delete such information where required.
7.2 Sensitive data
We do not intend to collect contacts, SMS, call logs, or precise GPS location for advertising. Search queries, favorites, and preferences may be stored on your device and/or processed on our servers only as needed to provide features (e.g. loading the catalog, search). We do not use prompts for unrelated profiling beyond operating the wallpaper service.
7.3 Permissions (transparent use)
Depending on your Android version and features, the app may request:

On some devices, reliability of live wallpaper may improve when the system allows; we use this only to surface the system dialog where appropriate.
You can allow or deny many permissions in system settings; denying some permissions may limit downloads, live wallpaper, or other features.
7.4 Local and server data
Favorites, download history, and settings may be stored locally on your device. Server logs may include technical data (e.g. IP, user agent, timestamps) needed for security and reliability — not sold for unrelated third-party marketing unless we disclose a change in this policy.
If the app offers account features in the future, you may request account deletion in-app or by email.
For local-only data, you can clear app data or uninstall the app from device settings.
For deletion requests related to our servers, email doantrang3129393@gmail.com. We will delete or anonymize data where feasible subject to legal retention needs.
We may update this document to reflect new features, legal requirements, or Google Play policy changes. The latest version will be shown in the app (and/or on your policy URL). Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
