Claritas built the Lumi: Personal Color Analysis app as an Ad-supported app with Premium purchase options. This SERVICE is provided by Claritas at no cost for basic features and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

How we use Face Data: Lumi uses Google ML Kit technology to detect facial landmarks (such as eyes, lips, and skin tone areas) within the images you select or capture. This allows the app to perform Personal Color Analysis, apply virtual makeup, and simulate fabric draping.
Data Retention & Sharing:
Local Processing: All face detection and color analysis processes occur locally on your device.
No Cloud Upload: We do not upload, store, or share your face data or original photos on any external servers or cloud databases.
No Third-Party Sharing: Your face data is never shared with third parties.
The analyzed data is discarded immediately after the session ends, unless you explicitly choose to save the result image to your device's gallery.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our app. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID (AAID) to serve personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Our app offers "Lumi Premium" subscriptions or one-time purchases via Google Play Billing. All financial transactions are handled securely by Google. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking information.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
