No, it doesn't. I've made extensive changes to the skin, and it is not designed to support beta versions of Poweramp. If you choose to use the beta version and encounter any issues, please note that support will not be provided for those cases

No, your skin settings are saved by Poweramp and will be restored automatically when you reinstall the skin

You can back up your skin settings by going to Poweramp > Settings > Export Settings/Data. Make sure to check the option for "3rd party skins settings"
