You would just click the "Download Anyway" button that they provide below that statement. And then the download process for the Zip file will begin.
After that you'll go right into your File Explorer application, then click downloads and you'll find the compressed file of Rhythm Reality.
Now for the final step you extract that compressed file to successfully get granted access to the Rhythm Reality.exe app allowing you to play Rhythm Reality!
Your computer will say this after you click the Rhythm Reality.exe:
