Q: What is OPAC and what is it used for? 

A: OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) is a system to search to search books, these, and UiTM library materials. You can check book status, make reservations, and renew books.

Q: Do I need to install any apps to use digital resources?

A: No app needed. You only need a browser and your EzAccess login to access online databases. 

Q: How to download eBooks from UiTM Library?

A: Use EzAccess to login, to go to eBook database, choose a book and click download if available. 

Q: Can I access digital journals from my phone?

A: Yes, just login using EzAccess on your mobile browser.
