This Privacy Policy applies to the Lumina Pro mobile application developed by PhenomenalTech. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Lumina Pro is an ad-free application designed to respect your data.
1. No Ads and Zero Personal Data Collection
No Advertisements: Lumina Pro does not contain any third-party advertising networks, ad SDKs, or tracking frameworks.
No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, track, transmit, or store any personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or contacts.
2. Device Permissions & How They Are Used
To provide cinematic video recording functionality, the app requests access to essential hardware permissions locally on your device:
Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Used strictly to open the camera preview, manage manual settings (ISO, Shutter, Focus), and record video footage.
Microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO): Used exclusively to record audio synchronized with your videos. Audio data is never transmitted anywhere.
Storage / Media Access: Used only to save your recorded video files directly into your device's local gallery/media storage via Android's standard MediaStore API. We do not read, view, or modify any other existing media or private files on your phone.
All videos and audio recordings remain 100% on your device. We do not operate external servers, and we never access or upload your media.
3. Children’s Privacy
Lumina Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not collect any personal data from anyone.
