This privacy policy applies to the Lumina Pro app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Zane Anderson (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"), based in Ireland, as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS". This privacy policy and all matters connected with it are governed by Irish law and EU regulations including GDPR.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider collects certain personally identifiable information, including:
Email address
Authentication identifiers from sign-in services
Device identifiers
IP address
The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather or collect any information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
Payment Information
For users who choose to upgrade to premium features, payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store. The Service Provider does not directly collect or store any payment information. Please refer to Apple's privacy policies for information about how they handle payment data.
When you purchase a subscription:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and all payments are processed using Apple's secure payment system
RevenueCat receives information about your subscription status to verify your access to premium features
You can cancel or manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings or at reportaproblem.apple.com
If you delete your account, any active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period. You must separately cancel your subscription through Apple to stop future billing
Refunds must be requested through Apple within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple ID settings. Approval of refunds is at Apple's discretion according to their policies
Your subscription status and purchase history are processed and stored through Apple's payment system. The Service Provider only receives confirmation of active subscription status and basic transaction details
For subscription purchases, you may be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel mid-billing cycle, subject to Apple's refund policies
In the event of technical issues affecting your subscription, please contact the Service Provider at luminapro.privacy@gmail.com for assistance. However, all payment disputes and refund requests must be handled directly through Apple

Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

The Application may send push notifications to your mobile device to provide updates, alerts and other relevant information. You can disable push notifications by changing your device settings.
How Long We Store Your Data
We will store your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
Age Requirements
The Application is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who we discover are under this age limit.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account and associated personal data directly within the Lumina Pro app:
Open the Lumina Pro app
Navigate to Settings > Account
Select "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision when prompted
What happens when your account is deleted:
All personal information associated with your account will be removed from our active databases
Your user profile, learning progress, and personal settings will be permanently deleted
Your email address and authentication information will be removed from our systems
Data retention after deletion:
Subscription records and purchase history may be retained for legal and accounting purposes
Anonymized usage data may be retained for app improvement purposes
Subscription Management:
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must separately cancel your subscription through:
For iOS users: Apple App Store via your Apple ID settings
For Android users: Google Play Store via your Google Play account settings
Data Retention Policy
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your data by deleting your account through the app.
If you delete your account:
Your personal data will be deleted from our servers
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
Purchase history and payment records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes
You will need to separately cancel any active subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (luminapro.privacy@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Governing Law
This privacy policy and any disputes relating to it will be governed by the laws of Ireland and applicable European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any disputes relating to this privacy policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
