All courses will have a $50 non refundable fee

Elementary Math : $500
In this course, we focus on Elementary Math, which is a fundamental subject that lays the foundation for more complex math topics. Our tutors will work with students to strengthen their math skills by breaking down concepts into manageable chunks and providing clear explanations.
Through our classes, students will learn important math concepts such as arithmetic operations, fractions, decimals, geometry, and measurement. We use a variety of teaching methods to ensure that our lessons are engaging and effective, including interactive activities, games, and real-world examples.
Middle School Math: $750
Our experienced and highly qualified tutors will work with students to identify their strengths and weaknesses in math and tailor a program that addresses their specific needs. We offer both group and private classes, allowing students to choose the option that best fits their learning style and schedule.
Our Middle School Math course covers a wide range of topics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data analysis. Students will learn key concepts and problem-solving strategies that will prepare them for success in higher-level math classes. Our tutors use a variety of teaching methods and tools, including interactive online sessions and personalized homework assignments, to ensure that students receive a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.

Business : $1000
One of our most popular courses is our business course, designed to provide students with a solid foundation in the fundamentals of business and entrepreneurship. This course is taught by experienced tutors who have a deep understanding of the business world and are passionate about teaching young students how to think like entrepreneurs.
During this course, students will learn the basics of starting and running a business, including marketing, finance, and accounting. They will also explore topics such as customer service, branding, and product development, and gain a deeper understanding of the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving business success.
Computer Science: $1200
Throughout the course, students will learn the basic concepts of computer programming, including algorithms, data structures, programming languages, and problem-solving techniques. They will also gain hands-on experience with programming languages such as Scratch and Python, as well as tools and techniques for developing software.
The course is divided into 4 modules that cover the essential topics in computer science. The modules include:
Module 1: Introduction to Programming

Introduction to the Python/Java programming language

By the end of the course, students will have gained a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and developed essential programming skills that they can apply to various programming languages and projects.
Science: $1000
Join TutorX's Science course and explore the fascinating world of science. Designed specifically for students in grades 4-8, this course is the perfect opportunity to strengthen your foundation in science and excel in your academic pursuits.
Our experienced and knowledgeable tutors will guide you through the various branches of science, including biology, chemistry, and physics, and teach you to apply scientific principles to real-life scenarios. Through interactive and engaging sessions, you'll learn to think critically, analyze data, and develop scientific hypotheses.
Video Game Development: $750
Over the course of 3 weeks, students will learn how to create their own video games using industry-standard tools and techniques. Our expert tutors will guide students through the process of designing and building a simple game from scratch, covering topics such as game mechanics, storyboarding, coding, and sound design.
Students will start by brainstorming and designing their own game concept, before moving on to the creation of characters, environments, and other assets using software tools such as Unity and Blender. They will also learn basic coding concepts using C#, a programming language commonly used in game development.
By the end of the course, students will have created their own fully-functioning video game, which they can then share with family and friends. Along the way, they will have developed valuable skills in creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving, as well as gaining an understanding of how the video game industry works.
High School Preparation: $800
Our High School Preparation Course is designed for students who are currently in grades 8-9 and are preparing to enter high school. Our experienced tutors will provide personalized instruction to help students develop critical thinking, study skills, and time management techniques that will serve them well in high school and beyond.
The course will cover a range of topics, including:
Effective study techniques: Our tutors will work with students to develop study strategies that are tailored to their individual learning styles, helping them to stay organized and focused throughout the school year.
Time management: Learning to manage time effectively is a critical skill for success in high school and beyond. Our tutors will teach students how to prioritize tasks, manage their schedules, and make the most of their study time.
Reading comprehension: Our tutors will help students develop their reading comprehension skills, including techniques for identifying main ideas, making inferences, and understanding complex texts.
Writing skills: Strong writing skills are essential for success in high school and beyond. Our tutors will work with students to improve their writing skills, including grammar, sentence structure, and organization.
