This Privacy Policy explains how Snynet Gaming ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game LUMIDIVE (the "Game", package com.snynet.lumidive). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, or contacts. The Game does not require you to provide any personal information to play.

The Game shows advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process certain information, including:

• Device advertising identifiers (e.g. Google Advertising ID)

• IP address and coarse/approximate location derived from it

• Device information (model, operating system, language, network)

• Ad interaction data (ads shown, clicks, rewarded-ad completions)

Game progress

Your game progress (such as best depth, pearls, and unlocked creatures) is stored only on your device. We do not upload it to any server, and it is removed if you uninstall the Game.

How information is used

• To display advertising, including optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game bonuses

• To measure ad performance and prevent fraud/abuse

• To keep the Game working correctly

Third-party services

Your choices

• You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads.

• Where required by law, you will be shown a consent prompt for personalized advertising.

Children's privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will address it.

Data security & retention

We do not store your personal data on our own servers. Any data collected by Google AdMob is retained and protected according to Google's policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
