Welcome to LumenOS. We take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our application, including any lifetime unlocks or one-time purchases.
LumenOS is a privacy-focused utility application. We minimize data collection to protect your privacy.
No Collection: We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, or geographic locations.
To provide our core features, the app requires the following permissions:
Camera / Flashlight: Required strictly to control the device's physical flash for the illumination function and the torch-sync barrage feature.
Important: While iOS groups the physical flash under the "Camera" permission, LumenOS DOES NOT capture, record, store, or upload any photos, videos, or image data.
Haptic Feedback: Used purely to enhance the application’s tactile interactive experience when using virtual switches and knobs.
We may collect anonymous diagnostic data (such as crash logs) to help us optimize app performance and stability.
The anonymous data we collect is used only for:
Ensuring the stable operation of the application.
Improving product features and user experience.
We use Apple App Store to process purchases. All relevant payment information is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy. LumenOS cannot access or store your credit card or billing information.
LumenOS offers optional premium features available via a one-time purchase (Lifetime Unlock). The following applies to these transactions:
Payment Processing: All payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. We do not directly collect, store, or process any payment card details or billing information.
No Recurring Charges: This is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring auto-renewal fees.
Purchase Data: We receive only a confirmation of your purchase status (e.g., Pro Version Unlocked) from Apple. We do not receive or store your personal payment details.
Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the app or switch to a new iOS device, you can restore your purchase at any time for free using the “Restore Purchases” feature within the app (must be signed into the same Apple ID).
Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policy. We are unable to process refunds ourselves.
Apple EULA: By purchasing LumenOS Premium, you also agree to the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA).
Since we do not collect personal information, there is zero risk of personal data leakage. We focus entirely on protecting the security and stability of the application itself.
Our application does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
