▪ Eligibility: Open to undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma students from engineering or related fields. Each team must consist of exactly two participants and both participant should perform equally. Solo entries are not allowed.
▪ Topic Selection: The topic must be technical and innovative, preferably aligned with the fest theme (e.g., AI, IoT, Renewable Energy, Cybersecurity, etc.). Papers must be original, well-researched, and free from plagiarism.
▪ Abstract Submission: Abstract should not exceed 300 words and must be submitted in advance.
▪ Full Paper Format: The full paper should follow IEEE/APA format as specified by the organizers. Use Times New Roman font, size 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
▪ File Format: Submit the paper in either PDF or DOCX format.
▪ Submission Deadline: All abstracts and papers must be submitted by the given deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
▪ Presentation Time: Each team is allotted 10–15 minutes for presentation and 2–5 minutes for Q&A. The total duration must not exceed 20 minutes.
▪ Presentation Medium: Presentations must be in PowerPoint (PPTX) or PDF format. Bring a copy in a pen drive and have an email backup.
▪ Slide Limit and Content: Presentations should have 10–12 slides (excluding title and thank you). Include: Introduction, Problem Statement, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, and References.
▪ Language: All presentations must be delivered in English with clear articulation and a professional tone.
▪ Disqualification Criteria: Teams will be disqualified for plagiarism, exceeding time limits, presenting offensive/inappropriate content, or misbehaving with judges or other teams.
▪ Certificates and Prizes: Participation certificates will be awarded to all participants. Winners will receive certificates and cash prizes (as announced).
▪ Final Decision: The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

▪ This is a team event, with 1–3 members per team based on the format.

▪ Each must report to the venue 15 minutes before the event start time. Latecomers beyond5 minutes after the start may be disqualified.
▪ The competition will be conducted on lab computers provided by the organizers. Personal laptops, USB drives, or any external devices are not allowed.
▪ The typing passage will be given at the start of the competition. No participant is allowed to preview, share, or copy the content in any form before or after the event.
▪ Participants are not allowed to access the internet, use spelling/grammar tools, autocorrect features, or open any applications other than the one specified for typing (e.g., Notepad, MS Word with tools disabled, or a typing test software).
▪ The total time for the competition will be 10 minutes. A warning will be given 1 minute before the time ends. Typing must stop immediately when time is called.
▪ Evaluation will be based on:
o Typing speed (words per minute)
o Accuracy (spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors)
o Neatness and structure, if formatting is part of the criteria

• The organizers will provide standard 3x3 Rubik’s Cubes for all participants. Personal cubes are not allowed.
• All cubes will be scrambled using official scramble sequences provided by the organizers.
• Timing starts when the participant touches the cube after the “Ready, Set, Go” signal and stops when the cube is completely solved and placed down.
• Participants must solve the cube without any assistance. External help or devices are prohibited.
• If the cube pops or pieces fall off during a solve, participants may request a re-scramble and retry that attempt once (as per organizer discretion).
• Participants must follow all instructions from the event staff.
• The fastest solve time wins; ties are broken by comparing second-best times. Unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, or tampering with cubes or timing equipment will result in disqualification.
