These rules apply to all users of the platform's AI video/image generation services, including but not limited to free users, paid members, and enterprise users.
The platform respects users' creative freedom while requiring compliance with laws, regulations, and public order and good customs

Transparency: All violation determinations and penalties will be based on clear standards
Users may use this platform to generate the following types of content:
Landscape/Architecture：Natural scenery, urban architecture, interior design, etc.
Portraits：Artistic portraits, cartoon characters, etc. (must comply with prohibition clauses)
Commercial Materials：Product images, advertising materials, brand visuals, etc.
Creative Art：Abstract art, digital painting, conceptual design, etc.
Educational Content：Educational illustrations, science materials, diagrams, etc.
Social Media Content：Profile pictures, post images, cover images, etc.
Video Content：AI-generated videos, short video materials, animation clips, etc.
2.2.1 Pornographic and Vulgar Content
Absolutely Prohibited:
Generating any form of pornographic or nude content (including real or virtual persons)
Generating sexually suggestive or provocative content
Generating content involving sexual violence or non-consensual sexual acts
Generating content that disseminates obscene or pornographic information
Generating deepfake pornography or face-swapping pornography content
2.2.2 Violent and Gory Content
Absolutely Prohibited:
Generating extremely bloody, violent, dismembered content or other disturbing content
Generating content that glorifies war, terrorism, or extreme violence
Generating violent threats or intimidation content
Generating content depicting animal abuse or animal violence
Generating tutorial content depicting weapon manufacturing or use in detail

Generating content using others' portraits, names, or voices without authorization

Generating content that harasses, stalks, or defames others
2.2.7 Dangerous Items and Criminal Content
Absolutely Prohibited:
Generating methods or images for manufacturing weapons and controlled items such as guns, bombs, or drugs
Generating tutorials for criminal activities such as kidnapping, theft, or fraud
Generating content related to methods of evading legal responsibility (such as forging documents)
Generating tutorials or tool diagrams for system intrusion or software cracking
2.2.8 Other Prohibited Content

Generating any content that violates local laws and regulations
Generating content that may have a negative impact on minors
Generating technical means or product displays for cheating or deception
Generating spam advertising or phishing content
When determining whether content violates the rules, the platform will consider the following factors comprehensively:
Content Purpose: The purpose and scenario of using the content
Expression Form: Does the presentation of the content have obvious malice
Social Impact: The degree of social impact that the content may cause
User Intent: Judging the user's true intention based on context
Compliance: Does it comply with relevant laws and regulations
Coins are virtual point units used by this platform to calculate AI generation services. When users use video/image generation functions, they will consume a corresponding number of coins based on factors such as content complexity, resolution, and duration.

False Transactions:
False refunds, malicious order cancellations

AI abuse behavior refers to users using AI generation functions in ways that do not align with the platform's original purpose, causing negative impacts on the platform ecosystem, user experience, or social order.

Decomposing sensitive requests into multiple "safe" requests
Commercial Abuse:
Unauthorized commercial profit-making using AI-generated content
Large-scale commercial production of low-quality content disrupting market order
Content Scraping and Infringement:
Mass generating infringing content imitating specific creators' styles

Batch behavior refers to actions where users use technical means or automated tools to massively and rapidly use platform services beyond normal usage range, potentially causing negative impacts on platform stability or user experience.

Frequent task creation and deletion causing resource waste
API Abuse:
Unauthorized reverse engineering or calling of platform interfaces
Using APIs beyond agreed usage limits
4.4.1 Definition
Exploitation behavior refers to actions where users obtain free coins through abnormal means, steal others' account resources, or exploit platform rule loopholes for unjust benefits.

Stealing Account Resources:
Stealing others' accounts through phishing, brute force, etc.
Purchasing accounts or account resources from unknown sources

Multiple violations and persistent non-compliance
Mitigating Circumstances:
First violation with minor circumstances
Proactively acknowledging mistakes and actively cooperating with rectification
Proactively eliminating or mitigating harmful consequences
Reporting others' violations that are verified
If users disagree with the violation determination or penalty result, they may file an appeal within 7 working days after receiving the penalty notice:

Result Notification:
Review results will be notified to users via in-site messages/emails/SMS, etc.
Final Decision:
Appeal results are final, and the platform will not accept secondary appeals
Appeal content must be truthful and valid; providing false materials will result in heavier penalties
Violations involving legal disputes must be resolved through judicial channels
Penalty measures will be enforced as usual during the appeal period
