This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how LumeFlow ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, processes, and protects your information when you use our mobile application, [LumeFlow] (the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect information in the following ways:
A. Information You Provide to Us
• User Content (Images & Videos & Prompts): To use the core features of the Service, you must upload images or videos ("User Content") from your device.
• Account Information (Optional): If you choose to create an account, we may collect your email address or name. We may obtain the types of information described above from third-party sources, such as the accounts that you choose to link to this Services (such as Google accounts).
• Financial Information (Optional): When you make a purchase on LumeFlow, or through a third party (e.g., the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), we may collect some financial information (including but not limited to payment records, bank account, payment-related data).
• Communications: If you contact us directly for support (e.g., by email), we will receive your email address and the contents of your message.
B. Information We Collect Automatically
• Usage & Device Data: We may collect non-personal information about how you use the Service and technical data about your device. This includes your device type, operating system, crash logs, and general usage statistics (like which features are most popular). We use this only to improve the app's stability and performance.
3. User Content Processing
This section details how we handle the sensitive User Content you upload.
• Purpose of Processing: To provide the Service's features (e.g: Image to Video, Text-to-Video, AI effects) and to allow you to download your results, our servers must process and temporarily store your User Content.
• The Process: (1) You upload your file (User Content). (2) Our server analyzes it, applies the effect, and saves the resulting file. (3) The resulting file is made available for you to download. (4) Your User Content (both original and processed files) is automatically deleted after a fixed time period (see Section 9: Data Retention).
• No Identification: We do not use your User Content to identify any specific person.
• No Sharing: We will not share your User Content with any third party, except for the secure cloud hosting provider processing and storing the data on our behalf as described in this policy.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To process your transactions (via payment processors).
• To communicate with you, respond to your support requests, and send you service-related updates (if you have an account).
• To analyze usage, fix bugs, and improve the Service.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
• To respond to the requirements of government or law enforcement authorities.

5. How We Share Your Information

6. With your consent, we will collect your facial data.
6.1 What facial data does our application collect?
We analyze the user's photos and find the feature points of the face in the photo (such as eyes, nose, mouth points) for facial processing. We do not retain any facial data. After the analysis process is over, all data will be deleted and no data will be saved.
6.2 What is the purpose of collecting this information?
In order to provide users with the "facial consistency" effect, the application needs to find the feature points (such as eyes, nose, mouth points). The complete process is: (1) You transfer the picture to our server. (2) The server analyzes your photo and returns the result of facial data processing. (3) The application automatically combines the facial data processing result and the material into the final effect. (4) After the synthesis process is completed, your picture will be automatically deleted immediately.
6.3 Will the data be shared with any third party?
The data will not be shared with any third party. The photos you uploaded will be deleted after the analysis process is completed.
We will not store your biometric information permanently or use it for any purpose other than providing the "facial consistency" effect without your prior written consent.
6.4 How long will face data be retained?
After the video is generated, the uploaded images and facial data will be automatically deleted immediately.
7. Data Storage & International Transfers
We may store your information in a secure server located outside of your jurisdiction. We may also transfer your information internationally to achieve one or more of the purposes described in the Policy. All storage and international transfer of your information will be conducted in line with the requirements of applicable law. By using the Service, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to this potential remote access of your information for support and operational purposes. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely.
8. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location (such as the European Economic Area, UK, or California), you may have specific rights regarding your personal information.
• Right to Access: You may request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification: You may request that we correct any inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may request that we delete your personal information, including your account and any of your stored User Content. You may also be able to delete content directly through the Service, or by contacting us.
• Right to Restrict Processing: You may request that we limit how we use your data.
• California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion. We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information as defined by the CCPA.

9. Your Choices
In certain cases, you may have choices about how we use and disclose your personal information. For example, we will ask you before we use your personal information for any purpose incompatible with those purposes identified in this Policy.

In some cases, if you decide not to provide information, we will not be able to provide you with access to the site you requested, or we may not be able to provide you with the service, feature or information you requested.
You can delete your uploaded content at any time or request us to remove it. Publicly shared content may remain accessible for a short period due to caching or prior sharing. We may retain necessary logs to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
To delete your account, please click the "Setting" → “Delete Account”. Or, you may submit a verifiable request to close your account by contacting us. We will delete your Personal Information that we have collected.
You may also exercise and amend your choices by sending an email to us as specified in the "Contact Us" section below.
10. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
• User Content (Images/Videos): Your original and processed User Content is automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days, or upon your deletion request, whichever comes first.
• Account Information: If you create an account, we retain your account information (like your email) for as long as your account is active.
11. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If information is leaked due to system vulnerabilities, we will notify the affected users within 72 hours.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. You must be at least 13 years old and/or meet the related age requirements of your jurisdiction to use LumeFlow. You shall obtain parental and/or guardian consent if under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the access to LumeFlow once we are aware that you do not meet the age requirement or your parent and/or guardian consent is not given.
13. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
