No. Lume is a wellness companion for people on GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, etc.). It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always work with a licensed clinician on your protocol — especially before adjusting your dose, stopping medication, or interpreting lab results.
On your device. There is no Lume server. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
All of your data is deleted with the app. We have no backup to restore from. If you want to keep a record, export from You → Privacy & Security before uninstalling.
Apple manages all subscriptions:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
Tap Lume Plus → Cancel Subscription
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling at least 24 hours before renewal stops the next charge.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not Lume. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Lume purchase.
Open Lume on the new device, go to You → Restore Purchases, and sign in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
You upload a lab PDF; Lume sends it to Google Gemini for a structured read. You'll get a plain-English summary of each marker, trend tracking across uploads, and flags for values worth raising with your clinician. Lume's read is informational — bring it to your doctor for clinical decisions.
Mostly yes. Logging weight, meals, injections, and check-ins all work offline. The Concierge, Bloodwork Analyzer, and meal-name auto-macros need a network connection because they query Google Gemini.
Lume requires iPhone running iOS 17 or later. There is no iPad-optimized layout or Mac Catalyst version yet. Portrait orientation only.
No. Lume does not currently integrate with Apple Health, EHR systems, or third parties. If you want to share with your doctor, you can take screenshots, export from the Privacy & Security screen, or use the in-app Share Progress card.
Weight, meal, injection — open the entry from its detail screen and tap delete.
Check-in history — found in You → Check-in History.
Chat history — clear from inside the Concierge view.
