Helpful Steps to smoothly book your event! (drop down)
Step 1: Check availability on the calendar.
Step 2: Call or text 386-324-1077 to verify the date is available.
Step 3: Fill out the contract and email it to luluccfl@gmail.com.
Step 4: Send the refundable deposit to secure the date. The rental fee is due at least 14 days before the event.
Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email or text confirming your booking. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, contact 386-324-1077.

How do I get the contract?
It's best to call or text 386-324-1077 to have the contract sent to you.
How much does it cost to rent the facility for 1 day?
To reserve the facility, a refundable deposit and a daily rental fee apply.
The refundable deposit is $200.
The daily rental fee is $200.
The total, after event, cost is $200.
How does the refundable deposit work?
The renter is responsible for cleaning the facility after the event. All of the cleaning supplies needed are provided by the Community Center. After the facility is inspected by a Lulu Community Center volunteer, the deposit will be refunded, typically within 3-5 business days after the event.
How do I pay?
We accept Zelle, CashApp, and check. The information is on the contract.
I've never been inside the Lulu Community Center. What does it look like?
There is a full kitchen with an ice machine, a men's restroom and a lady's restroom. The building features an open and spacious floor plan. Check out the Images button.
Are tables and chairs provided?
Yes! There are 20 rectangle tables and 12 round tables. There are also 125 folding chairs available.
What is the maximum occupancy?
The maximum occupancy is 125 people.
