Due to the exceptional circumstances Lebanon is going through and the unstable LBP/USD rate, the payments can be done using one of the below two methods:

• Payment in cash USD on delivery.

• Payment in LBP upon order. The amount is calculated based on the LBP/USD rate on the hour of the order. Then, the amount needs to be transferred within 24 hours after the order placement through an internal money transfer company (e.g. OMT). The money transfer fees are to be handled by the customer. If the customer fails to transfer the amount within 24 hours, the amount will be changed based on the updated LBP/USD rate.

Delivery can be done all across Lebanon. You are requested to provide us with your phone number and detailed location upon placing your order.

The delivery fees are:

• 40,000 LBP within Beirut area.

• To be determined for areas outside Beirut.

The delivery within Beirut area requires 1 - 2 working days while delivery outside Beirut area requires 3 - 5 working days.

Any item that is sold cannot be refunded except under exceptional circumstances.

In case of unfortunate size issues, items can be exchanged within 2 - 4 days after the customer receives the order. Customers are required to handle the delivery fees resulting from this exchange.

Any available item can be reserved for 24 hours. If the customer does not contact us to purchase the item within 24 hours, the item is automatically made available again for other customers.
