I reserve the right to decline requests/refuse to work on a build that is either beyond my ability or a build I am unwilling to do. By using any build that I create for you; you must agree not to use it for financial gain (This means passing it off as your own or trying to make profit from the build itself. This term is mostly voided in the event you have in-game stuff players can buy in your server that is NOT PTW). Also, by using any build of mine you agree to acknowledge that I am the sole builder. I may provide a small hidden credit of me as the Builder of a build I make for you. If you do not like this, you can remove it so long you credit me in a place a new player could relatively and easily see (Discuss this with me for more details about this if needed!). If you violate any of these terms, you thus are giving me the clear to refuse to build anything more for you or refuse to interact with you due to violations of these agreements.
Pricing for Builds:
Smaller/Non-Complex Builds (≈30x30) - Free!
Larger/Semi-Complex Builds (≈50x50) - 3.99 USD
Massive/Very-Complex Builds (≈75x75) - 5.99 USD
Anything Smaller, Bigger, or Very Highly Detailed - Ask me about it!

Pricing Terms:
Prices can always be negotiated, however depending on which type of build you purchase from me, you allow me to take time to complete your build before I deliver the file(s) to you (Comissioned builds MUST be paid for prior before I build). Free builds will take less than three to four hours. Larger builds may take up to one day at the least, sometimes more. For massive and complex builds, I may take up to three to five days to complete (Longer if it's extra detailed/has been discussed to be bigger!). Builds will be delivered to you in .schem format (Unless free). If for any reason you are not able to get WorldEdit mod/plugin or are unable to get it please lmk ASAP and I will send you a ZIP of the world with the build instead! Thanks!
I will not provide refunds unless:
1) The build I make for you is not at all what you requested
2) Takes twice as long as expected (Unless I let you know beforehand of any delays due to IRL/other reasons)
3) Isn't up to standards (Ie: Not enough detail, size, etc)
4) I'm unable to complete the build (I will refund you ASAP if I am unable to finish/complete a comission!)
