Key Achievements

• Writing and leading a new PSHE Curriculum, including information workshops to support and guide parents and teachers in the implementation of RSE (Relationships and Sex Education), Wellbeing and Mindfulness

• Leader of the PSHE subject, which was noted as a "a strong feature of the school" during a recent BSO inspection

• Developing and facilitating school charity projects, including leading Student Leaders in hosting and organising a school disco and tabletop sale the school’s annual Food and Fun Fair

• A recognised Apple Teacher (September 2020) and a confident user of the Google Suite for Education

• Implementation of the SCIPS Wellbeing Advent Calendar, which has a record of boosting staff morale

• Leading and organising House social events, including House treats and choreographed performances

• Alongside the Head of Juniors and the Deputy Principal, developing an assessment system for SCIPS unique, school-wide Personal Goals

• Introduction of school street-art mural for Year 4 working alongside local street artists

• Leading a Year 4 residential trip to Kuala Lumpur

• Leading a students’ entrepreneurial market day, helping the school raise tens of thousands of ringgit for charity
