My doctoral research is based in part on two novel data sets: the conventional production dataset and the nuclear production dataset. Both are available upon request and may not be used for commercial purposes.
The conventional production dataset includes all licensed and domestic production for all major ground, air, and naval systems as well as a breakdown of major subsystems for the following countries: India, Pakistan, Israel, South Africa, The Republic of China (Taiwain), The Republic of Korea (ROK), the People's Republic of China (PRC), the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea (DPRK), Brazil, Indonesia, Italy, and Spain. This dataset is currently a work in progress and constantly being updated as I conduct archival and interview fieldwork.
The nuclear production dataset includes a breakdown of nuclear arsenals, delivery systems, and relevant subystems along with histories of each development. This dataset current includes information on the following countries nuclear or attempted nuclear programs: India, Pakistan, Israel, South Africa, The Republic of China (Taiwain), The Republic of Korea (ROK), the People's Republic of China (PRC), the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea (DPRK), and Brazil. This dataset is currently a work in progress and constantly being updated as I conduct archival and interview fieldwork.
