I am currently pursuing a DPhil (PhD) in International Relations at St Antony's College at the University of Oxford. My research explores the interaction between conventional and nuclear defense industrial development. Empirically, my thesis focuses on the experiences of developing countries like India, Israel, and South Korea. My research on International Relations and security studies has been published in leading journals such as The Journal of Strategic Studies.
I currently tutor MPhil,MSC, and undergraduate students in the Oxford School of Global and Area Studies and the Department of Politics and International Relations in international politics and security studies. I have taught at St Antony's College, Magdalen College, and Corpus Christi College.
I also maintain an active consulting practice advising government, private sector, and non-profit clients on defense industrial development and the global defense and aerospace industry.
Prior to coming to Oxford, I recieved an M.A. in Security Studies from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foriegn Service at Georgetown University and an M.A. (Hons) in International Relations and Modern History with First Class Honours from the University of St Andrews. I have held research positions at The Mortara Center for International Studies at Georgetown Univeristy, The Carnegie Endowment's China Center, The John F. Kennedy School of Government at Havard University, and the Department of International Relations at The Univeristy of St Andrews.
I have lived and worked in the US, UK, France, India, and China.
