I am a postdoctoral research fellow at the Global Centre for Democratic Constitutionalism (GCDC), UCL Faculty of Laws. My research focuses on judicial politics—currently emphasising constitutional resilience—and also examines public-sector corruption, organisational performance, and state capacity.
I hold a PhD in Politics Research from the Department of Political Economy at King’s College London. I am a recipient of the London Interdisciplinary Social Science Doctoral Training Partnership (LISS-DTP) studentship, funded by the UK Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC). Prior the PhD, I worked in Mexico’s federal public sector, and in the Centre for Research and Economic Teaching (CIDE) as a research assistant.
