We boost the development of 21st-century skills through project-based learning in Latinamerica. As the CEO & founder of Edulimitless, I have designed, organized and led, with volunteers, over 7 courses and directly impacted more than 250 students since October 2020. Being able to communicate in English is a 21st century skill that allows access to knowledge and technology. Likewise, it helps to develop other skills such as problem solving and critical thinking. (Education First, 2017). In this way, we enhance linguistic intelligence.
Digital Skills
Digital Skills
We developed the Scratch workshop for children. Its main feature is that it allows the development of mental skills by learning programming without having in-depth knowledge about coding.
Through Scratch we promote computational intelligence.

The International Leadership Program is a space for multidisciplinary growth that enhances the student's agency skills, self-knowledge, and global citizenship.

Student Leadership Program: Enseña Perú
I work for Enseña Perú as a leadership consultant & coordinator. In 2021, I led the first decentralized virtual leadership program, designed sessions and methodology structures, as well as trained 51 volunteers. We received 620 applications and selected 130. The final NPS we got was 91%. In 2022, I recruited, led & trained 92 volunteers and reviewed 589 applications with the CEO from which we selected 207. Besides, I facilitated sessions for over 120 students. NPS of 90.05 % for the program If you are a Peruvian student, check out the social networks of Enseña Perú and ask when applications will open.
