Microchip Technology for brains being developed by Luga Industries
By Nick Eighterbush
February 1, 2023
Dino Luga has unveiled a monkey called Louis with a tiny computer chip in his brain to demonstrate his ambitious plans to create a working brain-to-machine interface.
"It's kind of like a Fitbit in your skull with tiny wires," the billionaire entrepreneur said in our interview.
His start-up LugaLink applied to launch human trials last year.
The interface could allow people with neurological conditions to control phones or computers with their mind.
Mr Luga argues such chips could eventually be used to help cure conditions such as dementia, Parkinson's disease and spinal cord injuries.
But the long-term ambition is to usher in an age of what Mr Luga calls "superhuman cognition", in part to combat artificial intelligence so powerful he says it could destroy the human race.

Luga Industries to Conduct Investigation into Copanian Corruption and Loss of Missile Accountability
By Sam Mitch
As reported in the Copanian Times by Phil Heruppe, the Copanian military lost accountability of several MK 312 surface to surface missiles not only to the black market but to the Federation of Bolivarian States which resulted in a cross-border missile strike. The strike hit El Centro Airfield in Southern Copan causing numerous Copanian and US casualties.
“Though it is not the responsibility of Luga Industries to account for these missiles once they have changed custody to the US government who then sold them to Copan, we will assist the government of Copan in the investigation to find the culprits. They were our manufactured weapons and cost the lives brave Copanian soldiers,” said Chloe Wilson, spokeswoman for Dino Luga and Luga Industries.
Representatives Luga Industries will be meeting with officials of the Copanian government and military to account for their current missile stock.

Hawk Corp wins major DEA Contract in Copan
By Juanita Dick
December 17, 2020
US defense company Hawk Corp won a counter narcotics DEA contract over the weekend. Terms of goods and services to be provided to the US and Copanian government include technology and tactical consulting.
Two large cartels operate in Copan, la Mano Roja and Los Jefes, whose annual net income is estimated to be over $21 billion with a large part of that income coming from the US and Europe.
Spokeswoman Chloe Wilson for Luga Industries, the principle to Hawk Corp, stated that this new contract is part of the plan for downsizing US troop presence in Copan. “You cannot fight against the insurgency in Copan without addressing the drug trafficking problem. It is directly linked and is a large source instability and of revenue for insurgent operations. We are glad to be operating in Copan and being part of the solution to our drug pandemic and bringing stability to the region.”

Luga Industries Acquires Hawk Corp
By Seymore A. Nall
September 24, 2020
The founding owner and longtime CEO of Hawk Corp Security Services (HCSS), Derek Prince, has accepted the offer to be bought out by Luga Industries (LUG) for $1.1 billion dollars. Hawk Corp will become a subsidiary to Luga Industries fronted by recently returned CEO Dino Luga at the turn of the US government fiscal year.
Hawk Corp stock has fallen 8% at $8.18 and Luga Industries has plunged over 35% in the last three quarters. Luga Industries is looking to capitalize the low purchase price and implementing cost saving measures at the various worldwide sites.
Hawk Corp has active contracts with the US government in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, and Somalia. Hawk Corp also recently re-won a $150 million contract in Copan prior to the sale. Services provided by Hawk Corp includes threat assessment, medical support, tactical training, dignitary and infrastructure protection as well as special projects for governmental agencies.
Hawk Corp had successfully thwarted an assassination attempt on Copanian Senator Jose Diaz February 28, 2018 during an election campaign speech. It was also mired in controversy when the protective detail overreacted during the attempt killing four innocent rallygoers and seriously injuring a police chief.
“We will be cleaning house in both Luga Industries and Hawk Corp to fix the last 4 years of mismanagement. We will implement cost saving measures for the US government and support the various worldwide projects with the best people,” said Chloe Wilson, spokeswoman for Luga Industries.
Rumors from recently resigned Luga Industries CEO, John Folly, took a parting shot at Mr. Luga stating, “He has always worked on the fringe and will be bringing unprecedented litigation against this company with his antics as he has done before. He is entering new ground in security services in high-threat environments which is wrought with risk.”
Mr. Luga replied on his Twitter feed, “Folly will take his golden parachute money, which is pocket change, and shut his mouth as he fades away into obscurity.” Mr. Folly received $5 million on his resignation.
