Lufthansa 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Lufthansa gives you the option to cancel your flight up until 24 hours before departure. You won't be charged cancellation fees if your ticket is fully refundable. Iberia Airlines cancellation policies will not allow cancellations for non-refundable tickets.
In certain situations, non-refundable tickets may still be eligible for a full reimbursement. Here are the conditions in which they may be.
Cancellations within 24 Hours of Booking for Flights departing After 7 Days or More are eligible to receive a full refund.

Lufthansa's cancellation policy says that in all other cases, you will have to pay a cancellation cost. This is subject to your fare conditions.

You won't be eligible for a refund if you don't comply with both these conditions.

Your first name
Your last name
Your booking code
Click on the Locate Bookings Button
(All refundable bookings will appear on your booking summary.Select the booking to be cancelled and click on the Cancellation icon

Your flight is cancelled
The refundable amount will be automatically credited on your bank or credit card.

If online refunds are not possible, you can call your local Lufthansa Customer Service Center and ask for a refund.
To receive a refund if Lufthansa cancels a flight, you must complete the Refund Form.

Lufthansa will refund eligible tickets within 7 days if you purchased your tickets by credit card, and within 20 days if you purchased them by check or cash. Refunds might take longer due to a backlog.
For a refund to be processed, fill out the form below if your flight has been cancelled by Lufthansa.
All refunds are made to the original form payment. Credit card payments will be refunded to the credit account.
If the tickets are not used and have not been used within 30 days, they will be refunded in full.
If you have used part of your ticket's ticket's itinerary, the amount unused will be refunded together with taxes and fees.
