Ludo Pool is built to provide an entertaining, offline/online casual board game experience without forcing unnecessary personal data collection. We offer two distinct modes of access:

 Users can access and enjoy all core gameplay features, offline/local modes, challenges, daily rewards, and spin wheels in Guest Mode without providing any personal information, email address, or phone number. All progress in this mode (guest name, avatar, coins, gems, streaks) is stored strictly on your local device.

*Optional Account Creation (User Consent Based):**  

  If a user voluntarily chooses to create an account for cloud saves, multi-device synchronization, or profile recovery, we collect:

 Email Address:  ** Provided voluntarily by the user for account identity and password recovery.

Password:** Securely encrypted/hashed (we never store or view raw passwords).

Account registration is completely optional and is never required to play the game.

Locally Stored Game Data:**  

 Guest profile names, custom avatars, game coin/gem balances, daily reward streak progression, and spin wheel timestamps are stored locally on your device for offline continuity.

* **Device & Diagnostic Data:**  

 Basic diagnostic telemetry (such as device model, OS version, performance logs, and crash reports) may be processed anonymously to fix bugs and improve stability.

* **Advertising Identifiers:**  

  Anonymous Advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID / AAID) may be accessed by third-party advertising SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob) to serve contextually relevant advertisements.

To support game monetization and performance, Ludo Pool  integrates trusted third-party SDKs that operate in compliance with Google Play standards:* **Google AdMob:** Delivers banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. # 3. Virtual In-Game Currency & Rewards

Ludo Pool features virtual tokens, coins, and gems awarded through match victories, spin wheels, and daily check-ins:

* All in-game currency is strictly **virtual and has zero real-world cash value**.

* Virtual coins cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or redeemed for fiat currency, real goods, or monetary gifts.

* Ludo Pool  is **not** a real-money gambling, betting, or wagering game.

We only request standard permissions necessary for game feedback and functionality:

* `VIBRATE`: Provides haptic feedback during dice rolls, token eliminations, and challenge mode bomb events.

* `INTERNET` & `ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE`: Checks network status to fetch advertisements and online game assets.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Ludo Pool is intended for a general audience and is family-friendly. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately to have the data removed.

6. Data Deletion & User Rights

Because your game progress is kept locally in your app's isolated sandbox storage, you can delete all game progress and data at any time by:

1. Clearing the app's cache and storage via Android **Settings > Apps > Ludo Pool  > Storage > Clear Data**.

2. Uninstalling the application from your device.

Users can also reset their Google Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads via device settings: **Settings > Google > Ads**.
